By downloading, installing, or using Byapar Invoice ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These terms apply to all users, including business owners, freelancers, and individuals using the App for commercial or personal invoicing purposes.
Byapar Invoice is a mobile and web-based invoicing application that allows users to:
• Create, edit, and manage professional invoices (GST and non-GST)
• Track inventory, products, and services
• Manage customer information and payment records
• Sync data across devices via cloud storage (optional)
• Generate reports and export data in PDF/CSV formats
Account Creation: You may use the App offline without creating an account. To enable cloud sync and backup, you must sign in with a valid Google account.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. All accounts are protected by Byapu Security Shield, our comprehensive security infrastructure.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary.
You agree to use Byapar Invoice lawfully and responsibly. You must NOT:
• Use the App for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
• Create fake invoices, manipulate financial records, or engage in tax evasion
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Share your account credentials with others or create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the App
Your Data: You retain full ownership of all invoices, customer data, product information, and other content you create in the App. We do not claim ownership of your business data.
License to Us: By using cloud sync, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to provide app functionality (e.g., backup, sync across devices).
App Ownership: Byapar Invoice, including its design, code, trademarks, and all intellectual property, is owned by us and protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Free Version: Byapar Invoice offers a free version with core invoicing features.
Premium Features: Certain advanced features (unlimited invoices, priority support, custom branding) may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Refund Policy: Refunds for subscriptions or purchases are subject to the policies of the platform (Google Play, Apple App Store, or our website). Contact support for refund requests within 7 days of purchase.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will retain their current pricing until renewal.
No Warranties: Byapar Invoice is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.
Tax and Legal Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring your invoices comply with local tax laws (GST, VAT, etc.) and regulations. Byapar Invoice provides tools but does not offer legal or accounting advice.
Data Loss: While we implement backup and security measures, we are not liable for data loss due to device failure, user error, or unforeseen technical issues. We recommend regular backups.
Third-Party Services: The App integrates with third-party services (e.g., Google Firebase). We are not responsible for issues arising from these services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Byapar Invoice and its developers shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount paid (if any) for the App in the past 12 months
By You: You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting support.
Account Deletion Process: When you request account deletion:
• Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 7 days
• This includes all invoices, customer records, products, services, and business data
• Cloud-synced data will be removed from all connected devices
• Local data on your device will be deleted from the app
• We recommend exporting your data before deletion as this action cannot be undone
Data Retention Exceptions: Some data may be retained where required by law for tax compliance, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention purposes. Anonymized analytics data may be retained for service improvement.
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason with or without notice. Upon termination, your access to cloud-synced data may be revoked. You will have 7 days to export your data before permanent deletion.
We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from the use of Byapar Invoice shall be resolved through:
• Good faith negotiation
• If unresolved, binding arbitration or courts of jurisdiction in Nepal
